The program covers all relevant departments and processes of your company. We name them: Business, Services marketing, Services sales and Cloud & Managed Services delivery.
The road to your success starts with a business session to make an intelligent and calculated decision on the go-to-market, followed by three trainings to grow your staff's knowledge on and experience with: portoflio, sales and delivery; and finally you use all the materials in the portal to pick and choose and adapt your unique proposition, or just use a complete prefab solution.
In the TelePresence session we will personally work with your management team to:
- evaluate your current business model and go-to-market
- consider Cloud & Managed Services for your company
- choose the appropriate business model within the program
- determine the business impact of this choice with a solid business case
- draft your action plan
When you've joined the program, you gain access to the portal with complete propositions and explanations of all the materials of the framework. You may use it as-is or change it to accomodate your unique proposition and your company's look & feel. The cloud and services experts are only one phone call away to support you with any and every question concerning the materials or the program.
All material is categorized per proposition but also per function role. Whatever your point of view, the document, presentation, tools and instructions are a few clicks away.
How to implement it yourself
Instead of reinventing the wheel or spending lots of money on consulting, you get the best knowledge and experience in the framework (including support) to build or improve your own Cloud & Managed Services business.
The portfolio manager adjusts the processes and tools and will train (pre)sales and delivery on the processes and tools. The portfolio manager will also train supports sales and delivery to align customer needs and internal conditions.
Your sales organization needs to get aligned to sell the Cloud & Managed Services by getting portfolio knowledge, services sales skills and by using a sales approach and related tools that fit to the services.
Your delivery organization also needs to get aligned with the new propositions by getting portfolio knowledge, proactive skills and by using a quality process and related tools.
