The program helps you in your journey to CMSP certification and to making more and better business with HCS and other cloud propositions.
How does it work?
We start with a Business Session where you will evaluate your cloud status, understand your ambition and start working on your go-to-market. A clear business case for your propositions will be drawn and the necessary elements of your plan are discussed and decided upon. The 2 days session ends with an Action Plan for the next steps.
You and your team work via self-consultancy in the self-consulting portal to detail out and finalize your go-to-market and make many important decisions along the way to a successful outcome.
After a set period, we will discuss the results of the self-consultancy and help you with the hurdles to stay on track.
The business session is followed by the sales training. With the results of the Business Session it is clear who will sell the new proposition and how they are capable of doing so. The remainder of the skills is subject of the sales training. Even die-hard sales feedback that this sales training is the best the ever had and teaches them new skills and insights for better conversations with prospects and better qualification, upsell and follow-up of potential projects.
The Sales Training is also followed by portions of self-consultancy in the self-consulting portal. This all helps to identify the areas to improve and really improve them.
After the Session and the Training you have a clear picture of the other Sessions and Training you need to polish or build other areas in your organization. They more or less follow the same approach: session with theory and in-depth consultancy, followed by self-consultancy with the self-consulting portal.
